From Our Family to Yours

At Valley Fine Foods, we believe that there is nothing stronger than family. Our 300+ member team is an important part of our family – built over decades and a testament of our company’s prosperity. We also believe that our consistent focus on family has been instrumental to the success of our products – delicious meals prepared in minutes, not hours, that everyone in the family will enjoy.

Our communities are also an important extension of our family. We recognize our greater communal responsibility and are committed to giving back by volunteering our time during beach and highway clean ups, toy drives, charity runs and more.

VFF Teamwork

Teamwork Really Does Make the Dream Work

Our team members are an integral part of Valley Fine Foods. We are inspired by the individual achievements which contribute to the team’s overall success. Whether out in the field, in our kitchens or on the production line – together, we make food that people feel good about eating.

Innovating Today and Tomorrow

We have always taken an innovative stance in our industry. From our proprietary production processes and cutting edge development systems to our new retail food ventures, we are focused on doing things the best way, not the known way.

We listen to our customers and strive to create products that meet their needs of today and tomorrow. For sit-down meals, snacks on the go and more, our innovative products are delicious, nutritious and satisfying.

Quality and Safety are Our Priorities

As leaders in refrigerated food, we take the quality assurance of our products seriously and are proud to have earned the highest safety credentials in the industry. From the premium ingredients we source, to the work that goes into creating and packaging our flavorful dishes, we produce quality meals under strict food safety standards.

Our team is committed to complying with FDA, USDA and other governmental food safety regulations and follows all established HACCP and SQF guidelines. We also seek relationships with suppliers that are committed to sourcing the highest quality ingredients while demonstrating our values and actively supporting the Valley Fine Foods mission.

We are constantly driven to find ways to improve our protocols and continue to set a new bar in food safety standards. A benchmark in manufacturing, we take pride in making Three Bridges product packaging in our own facilities so that we can best monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality in the industry.

California Transparency in Supply Chains Act

At Valley Fine Foods, we are deeply committed to conducting our business with integrity and responsibility. Sustainability lies at the heart of our operations, where we strive to balance social, environmental, and economic considerations in everything we do. Central to this ethos is our relationship with suppliers, who play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our supply chain.

We hold ourselves and our suppliers to the highest standards of ethical conduct, expecting full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations across jurisdictions. Our suppliers are integral partners in upholding socially responsible practices, and we require their commitment to ethical business conduct.

Valley Fine Foods unequivocally condemns the use of forced labor, including human trafficking and slavery, in any form within our supply chain. We actively monitor compliance with stringent expectations, encouraging suppliers to formally certify their adherence to legal and ethical standards, including those pertaining to slavery and human trafficking. Non-compliance with these standards results in immediate cessation of business relations.

In addition to formal agreements outlining legal obligations, we prioritize ongoing education and training for our supply chain management team. Through internal initiatives such as presentations, seminars, and webinars, we equip our employees with the knowledge and tools needed to identify and mitigate potential risks within our supply chain.

Fair labor practices are non-negotiable at Valley Fine Foods, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to combat slavery and human trafficking. Internally, we maintain robust accountability procedures for both employees and contractors, supported by comprehensive training programs that underscore our company values and code of conduct.

Together with our suppliers, employees, and stakeholders, we are dedicated to fostering a supply chain characterized by transparency, integrity, and social responsibility.
